TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge.
- Children from 3 years old or additional adults staying in their parents’ room are charged €30 per night in low and mid season and €35 per night in high season. This includes towels and bed linen and excludes breakfast
- If you require a free baby cot, please let us know in advance so we can prepare your room accordingly.
- If you have booked a room, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If you have rented the entire house, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before arrival. In case of cancellation within 2 months of arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.” - Cancellations must be made by email: info@montbriobelvedere.com
- We do not accept online bookings for weddings or special events. To organize an event, please contact us directly via telephone or whatsapp.
- Use of the shared kitchen costs €10 per day and includes unlimited coffee and tea, our excellent olive oil, salt, pepper, and other kitchen basics. The kitchen is available for guests from 12:00 pm onwards. In the morning, from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm, the kitchen is reserved for preparing and serving breakfast.
- Use of the kitchen is free of charge for Long Stay bookings.
- The apartment (room 6) has its own private kitchen, as does the Cambrils Puerto apartment.
- Pet supplement: € 20 per day. We only accept pets weighing up to 10 kg and strictly upon request.
