CONDITIONS
- Rates exclude tourist tax of €0.50 per night for persons of 13 years and older.
- One child up to 3 years free, staying in a crib or folding bed.
- Rates for additional adults and children older than 3 years: €25 per person per night in low and mid-season and €35 in high season (breakfast, towels, and bed linen included).
- In high season we require a 3-night minimum stay for rooms 1,2,3,4 and 5 and a 5-night minimum stay for room 6 (the apartment on the second floor).
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival. If you cancel the reservation within 14 days of your arrival, you pay 50% of your reserved stay.
- We do not admit pets.

- Use of the kitchen costs €10 per day. This amount includes unlimited consumption of coffee and tea that day.
